As an expat we live away from our original home. Its cultural environment, education in family and system and our personal experience have formed us over years to the person we are, when we left. it. Our reasons are diverse and colourful and sometimes even resistant - we may feel a call or want to leave something behind or must take on work.  Yet, our invisible backpack of identification remains our companion forever, where ever we go, wherever we root, build and work. When we want to ask basic questions of existence and value our personal needs, work on integrity and heal patterns as well as injuries, then it does not matter where we are in this world - the invisible backpack is to open and the journey begins to be about you, with you.

We so much believe in Guruji’s statement. You are able to do Yoga. Everybody can. It is a practice.You do not need to be anyone. Yes, yourself. Exactly, how you feel and where you are in your life. You can begin in the moment. If you want. Just a spark of “I will try” might light the fire for a continues beneficial process of healing, transformation and joy.

The workshop is designed for everyone, who is interested in taking a first experience of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and those, who would like to stabilise their beginnings and gain more clarity about the system of Ashtanga Yoga and its components. 

With an easy accessible structure we will deconstruct methodically and technically the Fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga, explore the components and its benefits as well as speak about the practice as a healing system in general and how it could be integrated in your life. 

The workshop is held in English.
