We so much believe in Guruji’s statement. YOU are able to do Yoga. Everybody can. It is a practice. You do not need to be anyone. But Yourself. Exactly, how you feel and where you are in your life. You can begin in the moment. If you want. Just a spark of “I will try” might light the fire for a continues beneficial process of healing, transformation and joy.

We honour the range of reasons why we practice Yoga. Any call or motivation is valid and reasonable. Wether it is, you are looking for greater health and reduced stress, increased confidence, comfort in your own skin and a fulfilled life, Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient system that will help you in a holistic way and guide you patiently along your journey. To discover, explore and refine over time what Yoga is for You. The only action you would need to do is -  to practice, or to enjoy a class and feel, if it could be something for you.

The weekend workshop is designed for everyone, who is interested in taking a first experience of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and those, who would like to stabilise their beginnings and gain more clarity about the system of Ashtanga Yoga and its components. 

With an easy accessible structure we will deconstruct methodically and technically the Fundamentals of Asthanga Yoga, explore the components and its benefits as well as speak about Ashtanga Yoga as a healing system in general and how it could be integrated in your life. 

The content is detailed for two days of workshop, day one and day two. They build up on each other. It is possible, to take part just in one session only. 

The workshop is held in English.

13:00 - 13:30 Yoga Nidra/deep relaxation


10:30 - 12:00 Led Class with the integration of autonomy and benefits of asanas
12:00 - 13:00 Lecture with the focus on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), Tristana and finishing asanas (position)
13:00 - 13:30 Meditation and Yoga Nidra
