I cannot be more grateful for this video. It discusses the great benefits of Yoga based on biomedical facts and with that - there has been a "language" created, we Western people understand. A language, that helps us to open up for the practice of Yoga. Yet, the video does not leave out the deep spiritual meaning and history of the ancient practice. In all, it presents, how the practice of Yoga can change us human beings - individually and collectively - to more positivity and less stress as well as to a conscious and sustainable lifestyle.
