You are moved gradually from one position to the following one, until you are able to memorise them and build your own personal practice. The system of Ashtanga Yoga focuses on breath, a deep breathing with sound, combines it with energetical locks and aligns it with the movements and postures. Together with a specific gazing point the practice develops to an internal one and helps so to unravel, see the invisible, inner world and learn about oneself compassionately.
